SUSPENDED GLASS WALLS

To fulfill the Architectural demands AL ARABI design, fabricate and install suspended glass wall assemblies  using  high-tech  modular  system  incorporating  tension  rods  or  tensioned  cables  with a light weight supporting system and glass panels mechanically bolted with stainless steel spider fittings. The spider fittings are made from  grade 316 stainless Steel available in mirror or satin finish.

Glass  wall  can  be  supported  with  tempered  glass  fins.  The  glass  fins  are  independently  clamped to the supporting structure and can consist several pieces held together with stainless steel splice plates.

ALUMINUM

The aluminum is extracted from mineral bauxite, which is presented in the earth. Aluminum is a light, solid and non-corrosive, maintenance free long life materials its value.  Aluminum can give architecture such a variety of combinations in form and colour.

Aluminum can be shaped with precisions to make energy saving building components sealed against the elements and with a high degree of sound and thermal insulation.

AL   ARABI   is   using   the   premium   quality   extruded   profiles   supplied   by   internally   reputed               Extrusion companies.  The  aluminum  alloy  is  6063  T6  or  equivalent,  which  is  internationally  recommended alloy for Architectural applications.

THERMAL BREAK SYSTEM

Thermally broken double glazed Aluminum Doors and Windows designed to obtain best results with  respect  to  energy  conversation,  condensation  and  sound  insulation.  Poly amide  thermal insulators are used for high thermal resistance, in order to meet the needs of today’s Architects, window system must be provided with variety of colors. The system is available as individual profiles for dual color or ready rolled for single color application
